2. What we collect
- Account details: email address and display name (and your Google profile basics if you sign in with Google).
- Profile: avatar choice or photo.
- Activity: workouts, notes, and optional workout photos.
- Squads: memberships, chat messages, reactions, challenges, and battle results.
- Settings such as reminders and quiet hours, plus basic technical logs needed to keep the app working.
3. Who can see it
Your workouts and photos are shared only with the squads you select when you log them. Squad members see the squad's chat and standings. Battle organizers see team totals, not your photos or private details.
4. Optional AI helper
If you use the "describe your workout" helper, the text you type is sent to an AI service only to draft a friendly summary for you to review. It does not award points.
5. Device storage
WinDayo stores your sign-in session and preferences on your device so you stay logged in. We do not use advertising trackers.
6. Deleting your data
You can delete your account from the Me tab. This removes your profile, workouts, photos, and squads you created from the app. Backup copies may take a short time to expire.
7. Your requests
To access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@windayo.com.
8. Adults only
WinDayo is for people 18 and older. If you believe a minor has an account, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will let members know in the app.
