1. About WinDayo
WinDayo is a squad-based movement accountability app. By creating an account or using WinDayo, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email hello@windayo.com.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use WinDayo. Keep your sign-in details private, provide accurate information, and tell us if you suspect someone else is using your account.
3. Fair play and respect
Log only your own real activities. Do not fake workout photos, impersonate others, manipulate scores, or access another person's account.
- No harassment, threats, discrimination, or pressuring anyone to exercise through pain.
- Respect rest days, boundaries, and a teammate's choice not to take part.
- Only upload photos you have the right to share, with permission from anyone identifiable.
- Do not post someone else's private information.
4. Movement and health
WinDayo is not medical advice. Choose activities that suit you, stop if you feel unwell, and consult a qualified professional when needed. Points and badges reflect participation, not health outcomes.
5. Your content
You own your photos, notes, and messages and are responsible for them. You allow WinDayo to store and display them only as needed to run the app and share them with the squads you choose.
6. Plans and payments
Paid plans are not yet available for purchase. Before any paid plan launches, its price, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown clearly before you buy.
7. Closing your account
You can delete your account anytime from the Me tab. We may suspend accounts that break these rules. We may update WinDayo or these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in the app.
8. No guarantees
WinDayo is provided "as is" during its early release. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted service.
